Matthew 24: 32-36
24:32 Now learn a parable
of the fig tree;
When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that
summer is nigh:
24:33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is
near, even at the doors.
24:34 Verily I say unto you,
This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man,
no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
Mark 13: 28-32
13:28 Now learn a parable

that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.

no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
Luke 21: 29-34
21:29 And he spake to them
a parable;
Behold the fig tree, and all the
trees;
21:30 When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer
is now nigh at hand.
21:31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass,
know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.
21:32 Verily I say unto you,
This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.
21:33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged
with surfeiting,
and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.*
