About Steve Glass

Steve Glass, creator and owner of the TogetherWeTeach website is a retired educator of 35 years, mostly in Georgia. He has B.S., M.Ed., and Ed.S. degrees in education. Through the years, he has taught at the middle school level, high school level and elementary school level. He has served as a school technology coordinator for five years and was most recently computer lab instructor at the district's alternative middle school.

Steve self-published the original Together We Teach book of favorite sayings of America's teachers. He currently has several projects under development. His hobbies include golfing, swimming, traveling, developing this website, and just plain piddling in the yard.

Steve's wife Carolyn is a retired elementary school counselor. In 1997, Carolyn was named American School Counselor Association's "National Elementary Counselor of the Year".

Together We Teach began as a collection of over 1000 favorite sayings, quotes, and expressions from teachers throughout the United States. The "Fountain of Wisdom" collection of sayings expanded the original collection to also include over 6000 favorite sayings of America's attorneys, nurses, counselors, engineers, firefighters, law enforcement officers, members of our military, ministers, sales people, mothers, and even retired people.

The "Fountain of Wisdom" series of sayings are interesting and fun to read because they are different. They represent the favorite sayings from people within these professions, rather than focusing on topics. Because you are here at this site now indicates that you, too, recognize and appreciate the power of words and how they can touch others' lives. The "Fountain of Wisdom" series of sayings are now available as Kindle eBooks.

I had fun using related sayings to create some unique groupings of sayings in the "Collective Wisdom" collection. Check them out.

U.S. Cities, updated using the 2010 U.S. census, contains cities in all fifty states. Cities are listed by county, alphabetically, and by city population sizes. Readers can also get information, populations, maps, weather, and zip codes for each city. Find your city!

Among other resources, we are also the sole host of The Clickable BIBLE (free online KJV BIBLE)! Have you ever read the preface to the King James BIBLE? You can now read the preface written by the original compilers of the King James Version BIBLE. Use Easton's BIBLE Dictionary as an additional side-by-side resource to look up people, places, and words used in the BIBLE. The Dore Gallery of BIBLE Illustrations, a new feature, has 100 illustrations of events found in the BIBLE.

The newest addition to our Together We Teach family site is our shopping area called EASY ONLINE SHOPPING. The Shoppes at TWT. are specialty stores powered by Amazon, and we're excited about being able to provide to our visitors what each store area has to offer. Books of all kinds can be found in the Reading Room Store.

TogetherWeTeach is the sole host to The Clickable BIBLE.

The Clickable BIBLE became part of the TogetherWeTeach website during National Bible Week of 2003.

This KJV online bible is not a study bible. There are too many other wonderful websites with great study guides and bible verse study tools. The Clickable BIBLE is simply meant to be the easiest way to read the BIBLE.

This online outreach is created as a labor of love, with inspiration and guidance from GOD. It is on our website as our way of "fishing on the other side of the boat". It is on the WorldWideWeb for the glory of GOD.

WHAT IS AUBURN?

What is Auburn?

Far be it from me to try to answer that question. There are as many definitions of Auburn as there are Auburn men and women.

It would be safe to say, however, that Auburn is much more than a football game. It is much more than winning and losing.

It is a spirit. It is an attitude. It is a way of looking at life and at one another. It is, almost, a way of living. Unless you have experienced it, you will never know what it is; you will never understand it. Once you have experienced it, you will never be the same. A part of you will, forevermore, be an Auburn man or an Auburn woman.
